Too often then not we get into these comfortable routines which really limit our growth and often slow down or progress to get to our dreams and goals. In this weeks Thursday Thoughts I am challenging you to break up that routine and get out of that rut with either something new or something challenging. Either one of these, or both of them, can be just the catalyst we need to spark our confidence, increase our competence and put us that much closer to where we want to go.
