THE MOST IMPORTANT PROMISES ARE THE ONES YOU MAKE TO YOURSELF

Hello, my friends and welcome to another #WisdomWednesday. For many years I struggled with self confidence and in fact it took me a full two years after I bought my microphone to record my first video. One of the ways I was able to start building that self confidence was to start keeping the little promises that I made to myself. Even simple promises like waking up at a certain time or getting the daily tasks done that I had written down. I then realized that while we often make both public and private promises, it is those private promises that we make to ourselves, that are the most important. Once I started keeping those promises, I was able to slowly build my confidence, step by step, action by action.

If you also struggle with this, start by making, and keeping, small promises to yourself, as they are the most important ones to keep.

I hope these quick inspirational ideas help you get closer to your dreams and goals
