The system is ready to use as-is, but customization access (sheet password) is available with the Growth plan. This allows you to adjust it based on your own workflow if needed.
Do I have to pay every year?
No. The Owner Plan is a one-time payment — you pay $97 once and own it forever. The Growth plan ($47/year) is completely optional and only for customers who want automatic access to future updates and new features as they’re released. There is no expiry on the Owner Plan.
Does this work on Mac?
The All-In-One Service Manager works on both Windows and Mac as long as you have Microsoft Excel installed. It does not require any additional software or subscriptions beyond Excel.
How do I get access after purchase?
