Sound Familiar?
Lost work
“Excel crashed and took the last hour with it.”
Version chaos
“I have nine copies of this file and I don’t know which one is right.”
Broken formulas
“Somebody typed over my formula. Again.”
Hidden links
“It keeps saying there are links to other files, and I can’t find them.”
Manual imports
“Every Monday I paste the same export into the same sheet and re-map the same columns.”
Dates as text
“People type dates as text and every formula downstream breaks.”
None of that is you doing Excel wrong. It’s Excel doing things it was never built to do: being a multi-person, always-safe, application-grade tool. The Excel Productivity Suite gives it those missing pieces.
The Fix
The Excel Productivity Suite adds one tab, EXCEL PRODUCTIVITY SUITE, with eight tools grouped by the job they do.
Timestamped history, any file location
Multi-user sharing. Any version of Excel
Per person, per sheet: who sees and changes what
Pop-up calendar for any cell or userform field
Hour/minute list, AM/PM, 24-hour
Map once, save templates, run anytime
Find and remove hidden links
Bulk copy, move, delete, rename files anywhere
Included with every license
Right on the ribbon, next to the tools, sits an AI Assistant trained on the Excel Productivity Suite. Ask it how a feature works, what a setting does or why something behaved the way it did, and get an answer straight away, without waiting on a support ticket. Help & Support is one click away too.
Included with every license
80 articles explaining step by step, with examples, how to use every feature, function and option — so you can be up and running in minutes.
1Ultimate Date Picker
Click the cell. Pick the day. Every date is real, correctly formatted and ready for your formulas.
One date typed as text is all it takes. Your SUMIFS returns zero, your pivot groups by nothing, and you lose twenty minutes finding out why. The Ultimate Date Picker ends that. Click any date cell and a calendar opens right under it. Pick a day and a real Excel date lands in the cell, in the format you chose. Your holidays are highlighted, so nobody books a deadline on December 25th.
2Time Picker
Hours, minutes, AM/PM, done. Every time is a real Excel time value that you can add, subtract and chart.
“10.30”, “10:30am”, “half ten”: everyone types times differently, and your timesheet math pays for it. The Time Picker opens under any time cell with an hour list, a minute list, AM/PM buttons, a 24-hour switch and a Now button. It writes a real time value and formats the cell for you.
It also works on the UserForms you build. The Date & Time Setup window shows the exact code with copy buttons, and the pickers run on your own forms in any workbook, with no extra coding.
3Import Manager
That weekly export you copy, paste, re-arrange and clean up by hand becomes one click.
Every Monday it’s the same routine: download the export, copy the columns, re-order them, fix the dates, delete the rows you don’t need. The Import Manager does all of it for you. Pick the source and the destination and matching columns map themselves. Set a format for each column, filter rows as they come in (only Funded loans, only amounts >= 10,000), and choose whether to replace or append. Save it as a template. Next week it takes one click.
4Link Finder
“This workbook contains links to external sources.” Find every one of them in seconds and remove them for good.
Edit Links shows you some of them. The rest hide in defined names, conditional formatting, data validation, charts, shapes and old connections, usually in a workbook you inherited. The Link Finder scans all of it and tells you right away if the file is clean. Then it lists every link with its location and status. Double-click to jump to one, export the report, or remove them all. It offers a backup copy first.
5Auto-Save & Versions
Automatic, timestamped versions of any workbook, on any drive, with your own notes. Restore any of them in two clicks.
Excel’s AutoSave only works with a Microsoft 365 subscription and the file in OneDrive or SharePoint, and it switches off for password-protected workbooks. Everything else is one crash away from a lost afternoon. The Suite saves a timestamped copy of each workbook you choose, as often as you choose (every 1 to 120 minutes), and keeps as many as you want (2 to 100). Add notes such as “before I rebuilt payroll”, then open or restore any version whenever you need it. It makes a safety copy before every restore, so restoring can never cost you work.
6File Manager
Copy, move, rename or delete batches of files with rules instead of clicks, right from Excel.
Month-end filing. Archiving last year’s reports. Tidying up the “_Final_Final_v3” copies that pile up in every shared folder. The File Manager does these jobs with filters (contains, starts with, ends with, include or exclude), rename patterns like {FileName}_archived_{Date}, and a preview that shows exactly which files will be affected before anything happens. It can write a log of everything it did, and you can save each job as a template.
7Team Sharing & Sync
Everyone works in their own copy, and every change reaches everyone else through a Dropbox, OneDrive or network folder you already have.
You built the workbook. Now three people need it. Emailing copies creates version chaos. Moving it to the cloud means losing your macros. With Team Sharing & Sync, a five-step guided setup turns any workbook into a team workbook. The Suite even suggests the data range for each sheet. After that, only the changes travel. People can add records at the same time, work offline, and catch up automatically. Sync Status shows who is up to date and what’s waiting.
Everyone who works in a team workbook needs the Excel Productivity Suite installed. The 4 License Pack covers a team of four.
8User Security & Rights
Everyone logs in, and you decide what each person sees and can change, sheet by sheet.
Most workbook disasters aren’t hackers. They’re a well-meaning colleague sorting one column, typing over a formula, or wandering into the payroll sheet. With User Security & Rights, everyone logs in with their own name and password. For each person and each sheet, choose Unlocked, Locked & Visible (read-only) or Locked & Hidden. Then decide who can copy and paste, drag and drop, Save or Save As. It works with or without sync, including on one shared computer such as a front-desk PC.
User Security & Rights controls what each person sees and can easily change, and it prevents accidental damage. It isn’t a vault. Keep truly confidential data out of shared workbooks.
Built To Last
The Suite is built, tested and supported as one product — one consistent design across every window, one license, one install. Every part of it is uniquely named so it won't collide with your own macros, and your workbook data never leaves your computer.
Full AI assistant support, a complete knowledge base and email assistance are just one click away, right on the ribbon.
