Can I Cancel Anytime?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel and remove the add-in at any time. However, to continue using the add-in, an active subscription is still required.

Can I use this on a Mac?

To use it on a Mac, you’ll need to run a Windows environment. We recommend using UTM, a free tool that lets you create a Windows virtual machine on your Mac. Once set up, you can install and run the Excel AI Toolpack Add-In inside Windows just like on a regular PC.

Do I need an OpenAI API Key?

You do not need your own OpenAI API key or ChatGPT account. This incredible add-in already has full access to the OpenAI API, allowing you to enjoy all of the features immediately after installing it.

Did I see Something similar in one of your trainings?

Yes, I had created some of these features in a few training pieces, but they were only available in a single workbook and required your own API key. This incredible add-in can be used in any workbook and does not require your own API key or OpenAI account.

Are there any limits or restrictions on the use of this add-in?

This tool offers unlimited use on a single computer with each purchased license and does not require reactivation. However, there is a limit on the amount of text that can be returned, as the Open API can only return approximately 2000 words at a time. Additionally, to prevent system overload, there is a limit of 1000 API calls per day.

How can I use this on multiple computers?

Each add-in you purchase can be used on a single computer. Therefore, each AI Excel Toolpack Add-in you purchase will come with a unique license key that can be installed on one computer. You are welcome to purchase as many add-ins as you like for multiple computers.

If I Change Computers, Can I Use this On Another Computer?

Yes, we can deactivate any single license for one computer and issue it on another computer
